FYI: I am NOT complaining, only reporting: I found a tan bug, about 3/4 inch long in the bathroom of room #247; I just dropped him off outside. My wife found the bed, pillows, and sheets a bit worn; but we agreed that we got what we paid for, and we both slept well.

The service and customer service was terrible. I was told one thing by a front desk employee and then when I arrived early and asked if they possibly could accommodate me I was told by a Rude person” we don’t check in until 3 and if the other person didn’t tell you there is an early check in fee. I was so frustrated I tried to cancel with Travelocity bus since no refunds I just lost the 52.00 rather than stay in the place

I walked into the office and I was so exhausted from 24 hours driving straigtht and Jared the Manager tried in all his might to get me a room because he wasn't sure if housekeeping was ready. It was about 4 pm. I told him I don't mind it is dirty I will clean it myself :>. He got me in, apologized if it was dirty. That manager is AMAZING and awesome. There were 5 folks who were waiting for him and he handled all of us with aplomb! He is grace under presssure! He was chill. The clients were chill also, which helped a lot. The maintenance guy Efren was so helpful and responsive. We told him and the manager about te broken handle of our room door that Michelle already had reported. And the manager and Efren sprang into action. I bugged Efren about a hair dryer and he gladly obliged. This is a rather older property but the people there made ALL THE DIFFERENCE! Good job to the manager, housekeepers (who Don The Con unPresident badly malign) who are hardworking, good people and the maintenance guy Efren! Good job guys!

It was a typical Red Roof setup in the room and and was somewhat clean. But there were many loud people with dogs hanging out side their rooms. It almost looked like some of them were living there? The night shift manager was exceptionally nice.
