OK, but not particularly good value for money.
Not so amazing in terms of value for money. Some staff very helpful and friendly, but some reception staff not particularly. Asked to change a 50 Barbados dollar note for taxi fair and told they had no money. Asked to keep the room a few hours longer after check out and told that wasn’t possible. Food quality and price good at the bars inside and out. Most frustrating thing was lack of sunbeds/umbrellas. This was possibly due to the number of non-Hilton clients using the facilities. There didn’t seem to be much checking of this. On the plus side They have good entertainment in the evening. Location is reasonable but not many nearby shops or restaurants. Local beach bar we went to charged same price as Hilton for food and drink. Lack of competition in the immediate area perhaps? Overall We would prefer a smaller friendly hotel with basic facilities such as a swimming pool and proximity to a reasonable beach.

We waited over 1 1/2 hours after designated check in time for our room. After a long flight from the UK hardly what we wanted. The room was very clean and lovely when we got into it but still didn’t alter the wait. Breakfast was okay but nothing special.

We switched to Hilton from a different facility, due to spiders entering our villa. We have had truly magnificent 5 days in Hilton. Great room with water view. Two beaches. Everything made convenient for you to have a great time. Maybe it could do a bit better on the entertainment / animation front. Music ended around 22:30 I would say.

The Hilton Hotel Needhams Poont has a grand inviting entrance with welcoming staff but once you go deeper into its fabric you can see this hotel is in need of a refresh not only of its fixtures and fittings but in some cases its staff. Customer service is key in a service industry which I cannot say was in abundance at this hotel , which is a shame.

The property is a bit early dated but overall The room was comfortable and clean. Fort Charles is located on the property and provides a scenic view.
