The hotel staff were friendly and always smiling! Great hotel for families! I traveled with my 2 daughters ages 12 and 15. We loved that there were 2 pools to choose from and this is the only hotel we have stayed at where the pool and hot tub remain open until 11pm! Loved the buffet option for breakfast! The outside noises were caused by recent construction of another building across the street. The Chelsea hotel had no fault in the noises, however be aware of your surroundings before you book.

Stsyed 2 nights. All good first night. Then all hell broke loose. Breakfast, not good. Grab and go, unorganized. Steak restaurant took an hour and 20 min. To get my food. Restaurant was empty. Pop machine on my not working. I lost money. HKP was good
