A wonderful 1 week vacation. All staff and entertainers are wonderful people. Attentive and courteous, always willing to do whatever is needed to assist. Entertainers Israel, Ruben, Nina, Leo and Christian all found a way to interact with many guests and are so wonderful at their jobs. The nightly shows in the theater were very entertaining. They all involved very skilled dancing, beautiful costumes and talented signing! It is not a very large resort - everything is within walking distance and there is no need for trolleys and trams. However, despite not being super large, everything works. The restaurants change it up very well and the restaurant food is most definitely not just recycled buffett food. They do an exceptional job of keeping things fresh despite, of course, the inevitable repetitive nature of some of their pool games and foods. All foods were great and very tasty, there is definitely something for everyone. Drinks have variety and the bartenders and servers are top notch. Highly recommend GR Solaris, thanks for a great time!!

We were exposed to whole day construction noise that ruined our stay. Jackhammers constantly working from 8:30am to 7 pm everyday . We've heard them in our room, on the balcony ( paid more for Oceanview balcony), at the pool area and the beach. Next door facility is under major renovation process. Ocean view obstructed by cranes. Clouds of dust everywhere. Thank you GR Solaris

False advertising- the place is not all-inclusive.(alcohol only served from 11 am, buffet has a couple hours of closure time in between breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet is garbage, and all other three restaurants you can not get a reservation. The drinks made out of cheapest ingredients. Plus construction on the side with lots of noise and dust. I will never go back.
