Austin was great! He was very friendly. The breakfast ladies were wonderful. The elderly lady was very kind and friendly! She is knowledgeable about Chicago and the building. We hope though that the heater in room wasn’t noisy. Otherwise, the place is very convenient to where we needed to go. Thank you!

Nice hotel for a quick trip
This hotel was great for a quick trip to chicago!! The beds were super comfy, the pillows could have been better though. The room was decent sized and had a bunch of windows with a pretty view. I do think their breakfast was good, but one of the worst selections I have personally seen at a hotel. Their was only two main options, waffle and sausage. I would have liked maybe eggs as a substitute or something more than that? Overall great experience though.
