Was told that we could park our own car only to get there and valet only $60 a night. Our heater in our room was so loud that we ended up not having heat.

We loved our stay! Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially the valet parking. The breakfast was a very nice bonus!

Staff was friendly and informative. Hotel convenient to Northwestern campus and to transportation. Breakfast very good with plenty of choices. Room and beds very comfortable

Great location near lots of shopping and restaurants. A short 5 minute walk to L train that will take you all around the city including to O’Hare airport. The property is showing it’s age a bit but was overall clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
