Jim at the front desk was very rude. Our door would not open. We explained (over 3 trips down to the front desk) that it wasnt the keys malfunctioning, it was the door entry unit itself. He finally came up to the room, attempted to use a key, only to find the battery had died in the card reader. He needed to go back down and get a master key while we waited in the hall with our two small children. The phones did not work in room 303 or 306. Elevator sounded awful.

They were very friendly, and allow pets, which is difficult to find, they are very accommodating to your needs, very clean and neat
