If you're looking for customer service. Look outside under the sewage drain, you'll do better.

The room that was rented to us was unacceptable. The fire alarm was missing from the wall, the room smelled like pet urine, the walls and carpet were torn and scratched up, the bathroom floor was not clean and the bathtub drain appeared to have mold growing in it. I attempted to have the room switched, but they were completely sold out and no other rooms were available. Also, the elevator near the room said "communication error" and was very sketchy. On a positive note, the staff were nice and friendly and the breakfast provided was good.

Our room was so disgusting and filthy! Cheked in and checked righy back out. Then this hotel proceeded to guve my money back 3 days later and then decided to charge my card again. Thank god my bank is awesome and is taking care of this. They committed card fraud. I would never go here!

The hallways were badly in need of vacuuming. There was a cricket in our room (that we couldn’t find) that disrupted our sleep. (We had a late check-in - 1:30 a.m. - after 12 hours of flying and weren’t willing to deal with a room change.)
