After letting them know ahead of time I would have a very later check in and a very very early flight 4 hours of sleep early....and I was traveling with a dog...they overbooked the hotel and hooked me up with the Sheraton across the street...Only had to pay the silly $70 pet fee... but come on people!

From the info I had, it was not clear whether or not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel ran continuously or if you needed to call for pick up. I tried calling the hotel multiple times and no one ever picked up the phone. It turns out that the shuttle runs on the departures, rather than the arrivals level, and it runs continuously. Once at the hotel, it seemed very chaotic with many people in the lounge and just one staff person who was not all that friendly or helpful. We had to ask about shuttle service back to the airport. No info was offered on breakfast or other amenities. I couldn’t find an ice machine on the floor and returned to the front desk where the receptionist pointed to bags of ice in a refrigerator. The hotel room seems okay but could use a placard or book with information to help hotel guests know where things are located and how to access them. As experienced, it was somewhat awkward and frustrating. I expected more from an airport hotel.
