Construction on the parking lot made it so inconvenient when coming back to the hotel wanting to rest but had to wait until a spot became available (someone leaving) one time we waited more than an hr for a parking lot. Everything else was good!

Check-in was swift. After a long day it was much appreciated. I didnt know they were housing a a hockey team. Not sure of the ages but id guess teenaged. The group assigned to our floor was a bit noisey. Heard a lot of door banging and cursing. Complained to the front desk and theyvwere to speak to an adult. We were only staying one night. The tub in the room was a bit ridiculous. This is not dirst since i travel witha compmete cleaning kit including gloves to clean the room. I also travel with shower shoes so thank goodness. I dont think I'd return. The light switch needs to be changed. And there was a weird smell in the room.

Reasonable as far as clean. Facility is outdated and overall condition of paint and equipment is poor. TV options are awful. No guide for stations and bad provider for cable or whatever it is they have there. Manager was not very friendly

They had just finished a refurbishment when I arrived. Unfortunately that meant I had to get out of bed to turn off a light as a couple of components were missing from my headboard. Hotel was full NYE so had to live with it first night then moved to an adjacent room following day with all the lighting fitted. Staff helpful, hotel clean, only criticism is that the breakfast was a bit mediocre and used plastic / polystyrene cutlery and plates which isn’t environmentally friendly

1. didnt have my room to accomodate 6 and tried without my knowleage to squeeze 6 people in a room for 2-4. Until i realize they them opted to give me 2 rooms and i still lose out on kitchen and other amenities . 2. after 5 days had to beg to have the sheets change and room vacuum 3. buisness center printer dont work, 4. gym have 3 threadmill and 1 other machine. 2 with out of order signs 5. laundry not working have to you second floor laundry 6. Young manager with no experience who tries to resolve matter publicly correcting her staff in lobby and speaking of my room issue among all to listen. Even attempted to put us in seperate rooms with 4 children under 12 years and 2 adults. Only when i told her we cannot be phsically in 2 rooms to supervise our children then she tried for joining room. 7. Staff excuse to all of this we are under renovation. Havent you notice. 8. I had breakfast the first day and never went back. Horrible 9. Showering takes 30mins as water pressure extremely low. Not to mention they still have shower curtain . 10. I know i sound miserable but i swear to you this was my experience in this hotel.
