Hidden gem
The hotel is centrally located and the local shops and coffee shops are amazing.Everything is at walking distance and the train station is a 5 minute walk. We had zero problems , no noise at night and the staff were amazing. Definitely staying again.

Nice property for the low price. One downside is the surrounding area- a lot of homelessness, and as it’s a nightlife spot, we had to avoid multiple patches of vomit on the pavement that were yet to be cleaned up. Area didn’t feel unsafe- just not particularly pleasant. Wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again myself, but wouldn’t return with my young daughter. Also, the rooms are not soundproof, as the hotel ‘family friendly’ section describes.

The staff was beyond excellent, helping these two weary travelers. Hotel was extremely comfortable and well designed and two blocks from the station. I didn’t give 5 stars for the area only because it was very trashy, although we felt perfectly safe. But then when we left it was 5:30am on a Sunday so maybe street crews clean up later.
