We have stayed here before with no issues. This time the shuttle to the casino never showed up and the highway traffic noise was loud. We were in room 348 facing the outdoor pool and highway.

Even know it says every room had coffee and refrigerator ,they don’t. Also no room safes. Seems outdated. Also charged cover fee to get into bar at hotel.

We booked a king room and got 2double beds ! Pool wasn’t working and jacuzzi wasn’t working either!

There was a large bug in the lobby. I told the staff behind the counter and they just shook their head. Did nothing about it. Not sure what it was other than big!!

The shower had no pressure what so ever if someone would have wanted to bathe a child it would take 2 hours to fill tub stained furniture bathroom floor and toilet dirty never had that issue here

The room was clean and a good size! The beds were comfortable. Loved the shuttle to the casino and the country nightclub . Would definitely stay again
