Arrived at night, very sick and after travelling all day to be told that our booking was cancelled and there was no alternate accommodation arranged. They accepted no responsibility and were prepared to leave us homeless for the night.

Everything was great, staff exceptionally nice. Room was very nice and clean, felt like a very safe environment while parking late at night. Gave a 4 only because while using the shower, you had to keep tryin to adjust the knob because it made a very loud noise in the wall and to make it quit, you had to turn it either too cool or too hot.
