The location is lovely but our room was small, dated and a bit grubby. The staff were not especially helpful (single mum travelling with one child and they told me to put my luggage on a trolley then directed me to a stair case!) Very disappointed as we thought the whole hotel would be as nice as the lobby, and it really is not! Our room desperately needs upgrading but was also tiny - struggle to find room for the 2 of us an 2 big bags. Very disappointed
