Dear Gregory, Thank you for your feedback. Our property has different room types for all different budgets, from the 32 budget friendly non renovated rooms, to the 48 rooms in the Timber building that are fully renovated. We currently have 16 rooms with AC and they are all on the renovated side, they are also advertised and bookable with that feature all across the web channels. We appreciate that you value the hard work of our housekeeping staff! We hope to see you again in Lake Louise.

Good evening, We absolutely disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your stay, we hope you will consider staying with us in the future for a much better experience. Keep in mind if you stay with us to please report any issues such as heating to our front desk team so we can attempt to resolve this for you or if necessary move you to a different room.
