Arrived to an unclean room, trash ecerwhere, dirty sheets, no towels. We asked for a new room, did not happen. Had to pay a stupid fee that was useless. We never received clean towels or soap and not compensted. Then at 7:30, someome came and changed the sheets. Four times during the night we had door knocks and notes left to keep doors locked at all times. Horrible.

Low price room. The beds were causing skin scratching all night. It was uncomfortably sleep.

There was hair in the sink upon arrival and a used plastic cup on the floor, obviously the room had not been cleaned well.

Fun family place, the place could use a good cleaning and some areas need a new coat of paint, we stayed in the west tower floor 17, our room needed some new flooring and cleaning. The pool and water slide area was pretty cool. Overall it was a good experience . I may stay again if we go back to Vegas.
