The property itself is ok but their policies and staff are bad. Just to warn everyone that are new to this place, they will try to sell you timeshare. If you are open to that then go for it.

Great location
Next to sphere. We had direct view. (Show was awful). Liked free self parking. Kitchen was well set up. Bed was a bit dippy.

We enjoyed our stay. Great customer service, very helpful and kind. Treadmills were not all working, and some pools/ hot tubs were not very warm.

The only complaint I could even make was the windows were not sound proof. There was a lot of noise outside at all hours. But everything else was great and the staff at the restaurant was amazing and super sweet!

Excellent location, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, but the service at the front desk and at the restaurant really needs a lot of improvement, by the way when I approached the front desk to check out, I was told by an agent to drop off the keys in the box and that they will email me the receipt, so far I did not get it
