Great location, close to the tube. Had a problem with my room being freezing the whole 9 night stay to which my concerns that I had brought to the front desk weren't worked on very much.

The hotel was magical! Very close to train station and walking distance to major tourist spots. The staff was amicable and attentive. The room was comfortable overall and very clean. We are glad we picked Leonardo Royal Hotel over all the other options.

Cant fault the location, facilities and the service. Staff went above and beyond, special thanks to Natalia at the reception. Rooms clean, good quality toiletries and coffee in the rooms, spa area clean and convenient. Will definitely book again and recommend to others.

Very nice hotel within 1 min walk of Tower Hill underground station. Luigi the bell boy was very helpful & showed us a nice local breakfast place for our first day after check in. The pool & sauna amenities were very welcomed after long days of walking in London. I’d gladly stay again
