My mother and I stayed at this hotel because she had an early morning appointment at the University Hospital. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the room was clean, comfortable and sufficiently stocked. I booked through Expedia but was told that at check out that had I booked with them directly and told that we were there for medical reasons, that I could have gotten a cheaper rate and parking would have been free. We will know this for next time and would definitely stay again.
