We loved this hotel - the king loft was just as the photos and perfect for a couples weekend. Great location with tons of restaurants in walking distance. the staff at we encountered were very nice and always helpful. The only things we noticed were (1) never saw housekeepers, and had to call down for clean towels and for our trash to be taken, (2) there is nowhere to hang towels and/or robes as there is only one hook in the entire room
