I stayed here with family during festive time. Hotel location is excellent. Major London landmarks are within 20-30 min reach. Rooms were clean and very well managed. I booked family room which was in basement. It had window for natural light but not any view which ws bit disappointment.

Ok first of all i payed £97 for a good room i looked at the online which when i went there it was completely different and so much smaller and the price of that romm was abit cheaper so i chose the £97 one because i was gonna stay only for one night ahh it was ok like from 10 i would give it 4 but i wanted the one i payed for and your welcome😜 because i when we were there we didnt make a big out off it i did slept there thats why i gave 4 otherwise -1 because paying for a room how you select online doesnt mean yh what ever lets give him some other room he payed for it so doesnt matter now me and wife wount return there so keep loosing customers plenty of hotels are there because i am not happppppyyyyyy with what you guys did
