Although the front desk has had an upgrade, and the pool. The hallways and rooms are awful and dirty. My room had cobwebs on the walls, thick dust on pictures hanging above the bed. It had torn window curtains and cobwebs and many spider sacks by the lamp. Our heating unit was turned off with window open when we arrived. The carpets are heavily stained and in desperate need of an upgrade. Definitely not worth 200. Unfortunately you’ve lost us as patrons. I have pictures of you would like to see for yourself. Your front desk lady I had was wonderful and kind. And check in was easy.

no water in room or for purchase anywhere, frazzled bar server, dirty tub, leaky soap dispenser, ice machine a mile from room, check-in lengthy with reso/booking rate, due to floor change. Lousy recommendation for chinese, just an extremely dated property in need of so much updating
