Walkways outside were dirty with trash. Service once inside was minimal. Not rude, just lacking in helpfulness. It was a maze to get to our room, and the front desks directions were just go down the hall and take a right. Carpets were clean, but in very poor repair, worm through with holes in many places. The water pressure in the shower was very low, and the water in the bathroom was not potable. Would not recommend staying.

Close to Paddington Station, and that's about the best I can say. Breakfast is adequate, rooms basic. No frills. Beware being assigned to a room on the fourth floor, up very narrow stairs.

Disappointing hot experience

Pros: Location wasn't too ba.
Cons: Airs, a lift, and decent facilities
Location: Bus line was nearby and there were several hotels that looked about the same nearby.
We checked in really late after lugging our luggage across town from the airport in the middle of the night, we discovered that our rooms were several flights of stairs away and there was no elevator. The front desk shrugged and said that we could leave our luggage in the lobby if we wanted to. Upstairs, there were two twins pushed together, one single and bunk beds. There was one window which let it no breeze. it was sweltering. One of the kids tried to take a quick shower to cool off and there was no hot water at all. To be fair, there was the next morning. The hotel was more like a hostel and for the price we paid, we expected better. Really miserable time spent in the room.

Clean room, basic breakfast and doesn’t vary by day. Staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms are extremely small, but bed was comfortable. We had the quad room which consisted of 5 twin beds. Bathrooms are super small, so if you’re large or tall, it will be a tight fit. No “Extras”, so bring your own soap, shampoo and lotion. Does have a hair dryer and fridge. No elevator and we had to haul luggage up 4 flights of stairs. By the 3rd day I just started sending my teens to fetch items from the room as they are tall and narrow stairs and was over all the climbing. Excellent location, super close to Paddington Station. Just a few minutes walk to it and to a “big red open top bus” stop if you are their to tour. No regrets!

Worked Just Right For Me

Clean and comfortable with an updated bathroom. 2 minutes walk to Paddington Station Underground. Breakfast with waffles and lots of food choices. Everything worked great for me.
