The room was very small and a challenge to move around in. The bathroom needed a fan for steam mitigation from shower. When the room was cleaned it was great but we went two days w/o it being cleaned despite 5 calls to housekeeping. The bar food was really good and the location was ideal.

The hotel was easy to get to Kensington High Street tube! The location is excellent and was close to many restaurants and shops! Gail’s bakery was right down the street! Dishooms was over two blocks! The rooms were clean but could use a little more space for luggage! The bathrooms are tight! The elevators need to be bigger and I’m working order!

The hotel is in a great location. When we checked in the carpet wasn’t vacuumed as was evident by the bits of paper on the floor. Also there were not top sheets on either bed or face cloths in the bathroom. I had to wait in a long line at the front desk several times to get washcloths. I also requested vacuuming but that didn’t happen for 2 days. The bathroom was clean and the best part was the shower which had excellent water pressure. The staff was friendly but the hot was crowded and I had to wait in line to make any requests. The AC didn’t work well either and we roasted at night despite it being in the 60’s and having both windows open. I would not stay here again.

Excellent. I have stayed there. Love the area. The pool fabulous except pool does still have children swimming lessons going till 7pm with loud men coaching them. That’s still odd. All else excellent
