We LOVED our stay here! My daughter stayed for two weeks with her college theatre group and I stayed with her for a week afterwards. We were so comfortable and pleased with our room. I was worried about the size of the room, only have two single beds, but it was just perfect for us! The sweet treats and bottled waters that were waiting for us when we arrived were such a fun touch, not something you often receive in US hotels. We appreciated the convenience of the location most of all. We could walk to the west end theatre's as well as the amazing historic landmarks that London has to offer. Seeing Elizabeth Tower and Big Ben for the first time brought tears to my eyes, as I had waited my whole life to visit London and see it in person. We hope to stay with you again in the near future and HIGHLY recommend the Strand Palace to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff, wonderful food options and the perfect location! Thank you!

Covent Garden area gem
Good location in Covent market, room wasn’t ready until 430/5pm which wasn’t great when we arrived on early morning flight. Our room was interconnected and the guest in the next room was x4 person and they talked into early hours of the morning - no sound insulation at all. The shower pressure was very poor & our sink was blocked took forever for water to drain away. Room was clean & breakfast was good quality with great selection.

Hotel excellent. Disappointed that i had rang hotel to request low rooms and told we had both on 1st floor. On arrival allocated 5th floor ..had to speak to manager who then gave us 1 on 1st floor and one on 2nd. Ok but not as arranged
