We were given an occupied room, we entered the room and thank goodness the people were not there, but it made feel unsafe as they could have given my room to someone else. We received a 60 credit lol. Safety might not be a priority here, we should have received a free night really

Great stay
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The only issue we had was when some protesters decided to picket in the lobby with drums and megaphones. You could hear them all the way up to the 12th floor and when I took my dog down the sound was so loud she shut down and laid on the floor panting. Perhaps they should of been removed quicker but it wasn’t the hotels fault that the protesters didn’t care about anyone but themselves
