Dear Shaza, thank you for your positive review!

Pros: I felt the location of the property was good and the staff welcoming, warm and friendly. The one dinner I had at the property was excellent. My two times with breakfast was average food quality wise. Pool area was very nice and there is quick and easy access to the sand and the beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Cons: FIXING YOUR ELEVATOR should be a priority with a near capacity hotel crowd. I waited up to 15 minutes each time I needed to use it. Valet Parking only option at $39/day. Very excessive. "Resort Fee" at $38/day on top of the room rate. If you are booking at a resort for a stay, shouldn't the "resort fee" be part of the room rate? Just a way to pass on additional costs to the guests and it comes across as underhanded and tacky. I realize this is not unique to this property or hotel. I just find it distasteful and cheap. The bathroom is nice and fairly spacious but there is a sink with little counter space and no place to put your toiletries without occupying the entire counter. If there was at least shelving or a vanity under the sink that would be very helpful. Finally, the pump bottles of soap, lotion and shampoo are really a disappointment. I know this is some attempt at a "green" push but these bottles are always annoying. With a "resort fee" of $38/day, provide your customers with quality items in their suites, including individual bottles of the above listed items and, heck, just for the fun of it, a bottle of water daily!

Grounds (including pool), lobby, and room were beautiful and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, right on the Ocean Walk in Mid-Beach. Will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom faucet was broken! When you lift the lever to turn on the water, the whole thing moved as if it was going to come off. You'd think that the cleaning staff must have noticed it when cleaning. We had to literally hold the faucet down to lift the lever and turn on the faucet. The shower door made a loud clicking sound when you open and close it-we thought the glass door was cracking at first. And the tiny sink and automatic faucet behind the toilet seem to waste more water than it would save since it runs for really long time and there's no way to turn it off. Lastly, the sudden automatic shutting off the lights in the room when people were in the room was unnerving because it felt like a power outage. It freaked me out. Lastly, the dining experience was very good because of our waiter and the food was good. Overall, the place really needs some updating; it feels like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star.

Great proximity for walking, restaurant is excellent. I didn't like that I couldn't open a window and that none of the rooms have balconies.
