If you have a larger vehicle they can't accommodate parking for you so you'll have to park in a pay parking lot down the road or a few streets over. And they also charge you to park your vehicle. Definitely not a fan of paying for a room and pay to park my vehicle. And then you have to wait for them to go get it. Other than that the place is really nice and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable.

Hotel Zero One was a great option for my friends and I! It’s in such a great location!!! Walkable to complex Desjardins which connects to the metro station Place De Arms which was perfect since we could stay warm in the underground city! Also an easy walk to many sights such as old port, notre dame, and iconic clubs and restaurants. There were some frustrations during our stay, the shower water was hard to keep at a comfortable temp, either scalding or freezing. Additionally my boyfriend and I left our room with the SVP service please sign to get housekeeping, we left for over 10 hours and when we returned our room had not been touched. The restaurant was also never open. The Couche Tard attached to the building was fantastic but kind of hard to find! But, overall, We stayed in a beautiful panoramic room with amazing views in a great location for a great price. Some parts of the room were a little worse for wear (I.e there was a broken outlet) but had very comfy beds and good TVs. If you’re looking for a place with great vibes and a good home base in a great location hotel zero one would be a great fit! But it is no where near a “luxury” hotel if that’s what you’re looking for.

I loved this hotel so much! Very clean, cute hip rooms. Amazing location to be able to walk only 15 min or less to a lot of great locations. Also such a great price for the room.
