The location of this hotel is fantastic. Theatres everywhere, even next door and across the street. Junior's right across the street. Within walking distance to many sights and museums, including MoMa, 5th avenue, Rockefeller Plaza, Time's Square and more. Our room was large. We had a bit of a problem with it being too warm, and wished for a refrigerator. The shower was not warm enough and the sink water was scalding. You could not mixed hot and cold water to create warm, so you either burned or froze. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable, there was a in-room coffee and a desk and separate chair. I requested a chaise for my sleeping needs, and after two requests, one was provided. It's a very nice hotel, friendly staff, and best of all the location.

i have ben very satisfied staying at this hotel in the past. This time, i was not satisfied. I reserved a king room and upon check in I learned that the room had only a shower- no tub. I had to switch to 2 doubles to get a room with a bathtub. I did that and when I tried to take a bath, I saw that the tub was chipped and dirty and the shower curtain was old and filthy.
