Rooms were very clean and had very modern decor. Appreciated the smart TV in the room. Front desk staff was also very helpful in providing dining suggestions. Wasn’t happy with the hotel security which stood in the lobby and made it difficult for us to access the hotel when they were serving as bouncers for the nightclub on one of the higher floors of the hotel. They need to do a better job of distinguishing between hotel guests and club guests.

The Dream Downtown was the perfect location for us. We chose it because it was close to family we were visiting. There is a subway stop close by. It is also very close to Google so they have a dedicated Google check-in. Google wouldn’t put their employees in a bad hotel. I read reviews about noise from the nightclub close by. We were on the 4th floor and it was very quiet. You have to use your room key card to access the elevator, so that was a safety feature that I appreciated. The beds were double, not queen but we knew that in advance. Staff was friendly and the room was cleaned daily. It’s not really in the tourist area. Would stay there again.

Property seems nice, not overly well marked but it was night so maybe that was part of it. Check in was okay.
