Beautiful property,staff helpful,clean rooms,friendly. Only problem asked multi times to have refrig replaced did not work,never fixed problem.

I loved everything about this hotel. All the staff from room service, maid service, check-in staff, doorman, porters, restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The midtown location was wonderful too.
