at sign in they presented $100 us upgrade then charged us full price. you didnt get a receipt at sign in nor at check out they sent automated message that you will be emailed by then your back in the states. try and call ? leave a message... never a return call good luck

The room was good but other than that it was the worst stay I ever had. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for the elevator several times! There were 5 elevators and all were running. This was including times that weren't rush times like breakfast or check out either. Breakfast was a fiasco and not worth it at all. Not much of a choice. Terrible experience.

Stayed here for one night as a birthday getaway and it was worth the steep parking fee and room for the convenience of walking distance to falls, food within the hotel and around and safety. Valet was SO friendly along with check-in staff, elevator help and starbucks employees.

To be faced with a 100 CAD charge per night to park your vehile is outrageous. This should be stated when you book your stay. Never in all the worldly travels have I experienced such charges as a guest.
