We booked a room that online was listed as accommodating 5 people, but when we entered the room, it was clear that was not the case. When we ordered a cot, even the guest service person was confused as to where to put it! We stayed over New Year's Eve, the property felt over crowded, and the staff looked unable to manage the crowds. We opted for Valet service, but had to get our own car, after waiting half an hour. The elevator service was very poor, and in the end we had to walk down the stairs with our luggage. Although this hotel is ideally located (very close to the falls), we would not return during a 'busy' time.
