I was upset I complained about the noise over us we couldn’t sleep cause children was running and playing in the room over us We didn’t have hot water and no one came to fix it

The property is beautiful! Rooms are spacious and clean. My only complaint is that the front desk only had one person working at check in, check out, and whenever we stopped at the counter with questions. The lines were long and they didn't bring out additional workers to accommodate customers.
This was also the only Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at that did not provide coffee in the lobby outside of the breakfast hours. They also had shortened the period of time for their nightly reception by an hour less than other Embassy Suites. I assume this is due to the touristy area it is located in, and them wanting visitors to spend money at the businesses in the area. These weren't major issues, as we weren't at the hotel a whole lot anyway, but since we stay at Embassy Suites frequently, they were noticeable differences.
The front desk situation does need to be addressed though.
Don't get me wrong, our stay was amazing! I highly recommend this property if you are in the Orlando area.

The only problem I had was controlling the temperature in the room. I probably should have called the front desk to find out how to do that. Otherwise, the breakfast and everything was just great. I enjoyed my stay.
