Great Resort style hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Had a variety of choices for places to eat and drink. The pool is awesome with warm waters. A beautiful property and close to the Disney Parks.

1. Chekin took half an hour, their system is very slow. They gave me wrong room, instead a hottub they gave me a handicap shower. when I use it, lots water was all over the floor, so I had to moping the floor twice a day ,paying 300 dollars for day. 2. Restaurant reservation gave me only one options 5 pm and 9 pm and nothing in between. I took 5 pm, way too early. But it was many empty tables between 6 pm and 9 pm, rastaurant was not busy that night. Reservation system needs improvements.

We were hit with a lot of fees that we were NOT aware of. We were not told anything about parking being a daily fee. The staff was extremely hard to get a hold of. We didn’t even end up getting the room we were originally told we would get. Mario who first helped us was not helpful at all. Our room keys didn’t even work to get in and out of the garage. No one explained anything. This was our first experience at Disney and the resort was a huge disappointment.
