For the amount of money the Hyatt Regency charge, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. I had to take the elevator down 15 floors and walk to the next tower in order to warm up my food. NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL.

I had a terrrible experience at hotel did not allow me to do a late check out when I had a National Convention for my. Daugther and I missed the 2nd day because the hotel did not gave me until 12pm to check out and I also got stock in the elevator for 45 minutes!! I will never stay there again. the manager did issue a refund and I do appreciated. however I did not like my stressful experience.
