The place was outdated and mold in showers and toilets. Lights shine in windows all night. Limited kitchen utensils. Dryer would not dry. They advertised pillow top mattresses and beds hard. No parking. Do not stay in building 1 or 2.

It was okay accept no trash can anywhere but one bathroom, the room carpet dirty nasty white spots and our towels and bedding was old looking

Our unit was a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 3 beds total. There was a few things here and there that need to be upgraded but nothing that kept us from being comfortable. The guest toilet was acting up and the front desk had someone up within an hour to fix. Parking was decent and we felt safe. Had a good time at the pool. The property is a quick drive to Disney parks as well. Nearby amenities such as coffee shops, grocery stores and even walkable to a small outlet mall. Great for families.

The property is beautiful. The staff was awesome. Publix is 3 minutes away. A lot of shopping options 2 minutes away. All types of restaurants 10 minutes or less away and the highway to the theme parks are 10 minutes or less away. Zero complaints.

This isn't a typical hotel - appears to be condos being rented out. That in itself is fine but it means there is no cleaning staff for the rooms daily, the level of service is bit lower and the pool has no life guard. The room itself was nice, lots of space, full kitchen, easy parking. There were some things with the room that didn't work -- mostly not a big deal but we were without WIFI for the first 4 days of our stay - didn't tell us when we checked in but knew about it 30 minutes later when I inquired. Said it was due to a large storm the day before. That didn't seem credible but after I complained to a manager they did refund some fees and it was fixed the next day. The shuttle service wasn't really usable. Only a few drop off times and only 1 pick up time from major parks. We had to rent a car for flexibility which was disappointing. The pool was sometimes a free-for-all with no one enforcing rules but overall the pool was nice and clean and my daughter had fun. We wouldn't recommend staying here but maybe we had a coincidence of things occur.
