Front desk service very unfriendly, room ac unit making banging noises all night after unit shuts off, shower not good for taller guys 6 foot, free breakfast, well you get what u pay for. They won’t be getting me here again.. that’s the good news

Provided free transportation from MCO Airport when flight was canceled and it had a nice free breakfast & was very clean also . Snacks and drinks were by front desk which was convenient and nice when hungry due to long lines at the airport. Staff was friendly and environment was safe & Quiet. My family & I were very happy with our room also. We had a king sized bed for my husband, myself and our 5 year old . (It was last available room but Spacious) , there was couch , TV , fridge & microwave and Decor was Stylish.
