Excellent location. Right on the Seine. About a 5 minute walk to Notre Dame and close to the Louvre. Tons of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Our family of 4 needed a large room so this fit the bill. The property is a little tired in appearance. Housekeeping service was an extra fee, which was fine with us; we prefer not to have others in our room when staying in hotels so we declined that service. But there's a "pantry" of towels, toilet paper, etc. that was available 24 hours/day, so we could obtain everything we needed. Laundry facilities on-site were convenient. We'd stay here again.

Very ideal location, easy access to Paris Metro systems and RER lines. Walkable to main attractions, lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. The front desk hosts were super nice. the hotel amenities are really good. The room comes with a towel warmer and hotel slipper, which are very, very good things to have. the toiletries are with very high quality. the self-service laundry facilities is a very nice surprise, we love it and you can check the status via the We-wash app. The only complain we had is the toilet paper - it is like wiping with a newspaper (way too hard).!!!

This was the third time that I have stayed at this Citadines (always with girlfriends). I love the location and the fact that I feel safe there. It's only 2 blocks from the St. Michel metro stop, and very close to lots of good restaurants. It is clean, with an awesome complementary coffee bar. The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will stay there again on my next trip to Paris!
