My wife and I spent a week at the resort as it was recommended by a friend. We found the resort clean and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were ok not great. I tried using the app or phone number to reserve at the specialty restaurant to no avail. I later found out that you need to reserve with the hostess at the buffet restaurant. She would start booking at 8:00 AM. We ended up reserving at the specialty restaurant the last three nights and dinner was a bit better. The pool are was great and I paid for a massage on-site. The bartenders were all great and there was a good selection of brand liquor available. I did notice that when the bartender served coffee from the lobby bar that they would give customers a spoon to stir that was used by all. On three occasions I noticed customers put the spoon in their mouth and back into the cup. I mentioned it to the bartender who quickly replaced the spoon. They need to invest in throwaway stirrers as what I witnessed was a health hazard. There was a band playing in the lobby which was exceptional . Overall the resort was good.

I read other reviews and I will say that I agree with a few things. The check in process is long and the lady that checked us in was not very friendly. Also the room was a little dated and in need of a remodel. Also you are supposed to use a website to schedule gym time etc and this website did not allow us to log in until like the fourth day. But I also realize that due to covid this area has been suffering from lack of tourism. I will honestly say that the staff here from the bar to the dining room to the pool area is a 5 star group of people. They go out of their way to do all they can for you. I read reviews that complained about the food and i have to disagree. We could not make reservations at the other dining facilities because of the website issue. But we ate every meal at the buffet style cafeteria and they also offer snacks in the afternoon. We never had a bad meal here and the variety was awesome. The staff was top notch!. I would definitely recommend this place and will look forward to staying here again!

For an all inclusive hotel this hotel has lots of limitations. Fixed meal times if you miss a meal time there is absolutely no availability to get food in this hotel. Not even a snack. The biggest point of contention was the restaurant staff: dress code rules were made up on the fly it seems. One day at lunch time our shorts we were wearing were deemed to short. Another time at evening all of a sudden our shirts were not acceptable which were not a problem for two nights prior. Others with similar shirts were not questioned. If the hotel has rules there were never communicated to us in the beginning so it became a gamble if we would be harassed at the restaurant or not. We felt treated like kids in a boarding school rather than paying adults. First if they are rules communicate them to your guests. They didn’t have problems to communicate the mask rules to us over and over although we never broke them. Again treated like children. Probably would not choose this hotel again.

Respecto a sus comentarios le queremos informar que nos encontramos trabajando en la capacitación de nuestro personal para ofrecer siempre el mejor servicio al 100 %, agradecemos sus sugerencias que nos ayudan a mejorar, tenemos servicio de desayunos iniciando 7:00 am, almuerzos, snack vespertino , cenas en el buffet y a la carta y snack nocturno hasta las 2:00 am siendo asi el espacio entre comida de una hora entre cada ellos y media hora entre otros, teniendo disponibilidad para acceder , la señalización de código de vestimenta se encuentra en el restaurante para que el cliente disponga de ella , gracias por destacar el restaurante sasson Med, hemos compartido la información al área encargada y tomar los debidos correctivos. Asi mismo los esperamos pronto en una nueva visita en cualquiera de nuestros destinos. Cordial, saludo

The property was amazing, it was much nicer than the hotel I stayed in the last time I was in San Andres. The all inclusive feature included breakfast, lunch, dinner, and alcohol. There was a buffet restaurant and a reservation required restaurant (you have to make the reservation at 6:00 am). Both restaurants provided delicious food (especially the plantains). The only thing we did not like is at check-in. We arrived at the hotel about 12:00pm and check-in was at 3:00pm. We were told that if we pay a fee we could check in early. We paid the fee. We were then given our bracelets to enter the hotel and start our meals, however, we still were not allowed to enter our room until 3:00pm.
