Helpful & curtious about the change in my schedule. There wasn't a hassle about it. An alarm clock in the room for wake-up would be helpful because the phone ringer volume wasn't very loud, as I'm hard of hearing.

Your room will be entered even if you ask to not be disturbed Make sure you get the staffs names when you call The day before I came to this motel I called and asked if the room had a microwave and fridge in the room and was told yes over the phone and when I got to the room after getting some groceries, there was no refrigerator so I called to try to see about going to another room and the manager told me that I would have to pay extra money for a room to have a fridge I had explained to the manager that I had called the day before and asked and the manager said unless I had the employees name that I spoke to even though it was just two ladies working the shift, I had their name there’s nothing he could do and would not do anything to accommodate. There was no do not disturb signs for the door. I had went to the office and asked and the lady said they don’t have signs for the door but that they could put it in the computer to not clean my room, when I went to work the next day, my room was entered, and was cleaned anyway. Once again I didn’t get the ladies name so I didn’t bother to call and complain I have never heard of a hotel not having a do not disturb sign no coffee maker no fridge or microwave you have to pay extra .

Since I booked on Third party / Travelocity whatever the room they assign they cannot changed it even he said that there’s 1st floor available which I requested but if I booked directly to them he said it’s easy for him to changed rooms. Building Letters hard to find at night. Should be lighted. Elevator not working and No door signs which way we’re going to go to 2nd floor. Room walls and bathroom molded. Honestly this will be the 1st and last time I’ll stay here.
