I had to wait 10 minutes at the check in desk before anyone showed up. I paid for a room with 2 queens for 1 adult and 2 children. There was 1 bed & they were miserable all night. I paid for 1 handicapped room. The bathroom toilet was very low & no grabbar. I was very uncomfortable & in pain every time I had to drop down.
