This hotel was practically empty for a holiday weekend. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable beds. We didn’t use the pool, or visit the bar. The check-in staff was emotionless, no smile or thank you, or welcome. Staff the next day was pleasant.

My hotel reservation was cancelled on me without my knowledge. No one notified me, your staff and the hotel staff we not helpful and made for a horrible experience.

The hotel is brand new and very nice but every room door bangs or slams shut extremely loudly so I heard slamming doors all around morning and night. I also had to call and ask for my room to be serviced after leaving from 11-5 with the room not being cleaned.
