Staff were nice and accommodating. The room was disappointing. I found food on the floor. Our Juliet balcony was totally blocked by a wall!! I booked a hotel downtown for the view. We didn't make it to the pool so I can't comment on it. Walkable to some of the main attractions. Won't return.

The “balcony” isn’t a real balcony, and the surprise $100 hold per night wasn’t great. Other than that it was a nice stay and was close to everything.

I’m 77 and I didn’t feel safe in the area, the mattresses were not good at all. No heater in the bathroom. The staff were very unfriendly and I had to carry my own luggage. Nothing close to go get coffee, Had to walk 4 blocks to a Starbucks and I couldn’t get in the front door, had to go around the block and get in thru garage. No staff at front lobby. If I got hurt no one to help me.

We have bellman on staff to assist and they may have been busy at that time helping other guests. We do have a restaurant on site at the hotel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am not sure of the time you were looking for coffee but we are open at 7am and have coffee in each guestroom. We will look into the mattress and the heater in the guestroom and address accordingly. I booked a suite with 2 queen beds. I get here and was given a room with one bed and a couch. Not what I reserved. They told me Travelocity over booked so they gave me a family suite for the same price . I wanted 2 queen beds not one with a couch. I booked this months before and paid almost $900 which is 3xs the normal rate due to the location. Very disappointed for the price.
