The hotel staff were friendly and always smiling! Great hotel for families! I traveled with my 2 daughters ages 12 and 15. We loved that there were 2 pools to choose from and this is the only hotel we have stayed at where the pool and hot tub remain open until 11pm! Loved the buffet option for breakfast! The outside noises were caused by recent construction of another building across the street. The Chelsea hotel had no fault in the noises, however be aware of your surroundings before you book.

I love the location, walking distance from Dundas subways station, walk everywhere, shopping, restaurants, right downtown area. Feels safe. The room is clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Great bed. Easy check-in and very nice stuff. Happy with this choice. I will book here for next time.
