The place was clean, all the amenities, excellent restaurant, exceptionally well prpeared and served. The chicken dish was literally one of the best meals ever

Fantastic corner room with a view and a balcony. We ordered room service and could not get over how delicious the food was!

An elevator is out, causing long lines for the elevator at peak times. Parking is a nightmare: valet is expensive and there’s not enough driveway for all cars coming in and out. Location is great, however, and most of the staff is very polite and friendly.

We were very pleased with our overall experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic. It's walking distance to many attractions in the Inner Harbor area. The staff were friendly when they greeted us and very willing to help with opening the front doors, assisting at the elevators, answering our questions, etc. The concierge staff were helpful as well & gave us a useful map of the area. Our room was nice with VERY comfortable beds and a great view of the city lights. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends as well as stay there again.
