Stephen Dumaine
Senior Vice President,

Bringing ecommerce products to life that help consumers achieve their goals while having a terrific experience motivates Steve Dumaine every day. As senior vice president, global strategy and product innovation, Dumaine oversees global strategy, all products and innovation across Travelocity, site experience, including gathering insight on customer shopping behavior, and new business channels.

Prior to joining the Travelocity team, Dumaine served in a variety of executive level positions with Expedia and Hotels.com. While there, Dumaine was instrumental in the turnaround of Hotels.com, leading product improvements spanning from the front-end site experience and merchandising, through the backend call-center tools. He held roles in strategy, operations, merchandizing and customer/site experience, and managing the Canadian business. Most recently, he led a major acceleration in Hotels.com's call-center sales performance as the general manager of the offline business.

Earlier in his career, Dumaine worked for Travelocity's parent company, Sabre Holdings. As a director in the strategy and planning group, his duties included developing airline segment strategy across the Sabre portfolio and executing strategic initiatives at the business level such as assessing market trends impacting Travelocity's packaging business and identifying solutions. Before Sabre, Dumaine spent eight years with Booz & Company, a preeminent strategy consulting firm, where he helped companies define and execute on growth strategies.

Dumaine earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and his M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. He has also served as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army and National Guard.
