I paid for this hotel at 5pm on 12th June but was told by the front desk lady named Rose at 7pm when I called that the hotel was sold out. She said she’d also communicated to Hotels.com, but I still don’t have a refund and nobody called to apologize for this error. Hotels.com can you pls get back to me about a refund
