Contre : l'approvisionnement en eau chaude, souvent défaillant
Emplacement : hôtel à 5 minutes de l'aéroport, très pratique. Quartier vivant (restaurants, bars; etc..)
Hôtel agréable, bien situé dans le quartier de Bole,non loin de l'aéroport ; pratique pour les arrivées tardives, et pour partir à la découverte de la ville.

The manager of the hotel treat us very badly.
The hospitality staff is unprofessional .

Dear Mohamed,GreetingThank for your comment and very sorry for that hopping.But you book one single bed(Double bed) this bed accommodate only one person or couple (husband and wife only). you are come in three person two adult (The same sex) and one child . So to accommodate two same sex in one bed not allowed.Hospitality Regards

Very uncomfortable bed, they cheat for more money.
Publié le 21 juill. 2023 sur HotelsI paid for 1 adult n 1 kid. Getting there the receiption asks for 10 usdollar more saying I should pay more for my kid! I argued n showed that was paid for. Which I declined n was let in. The restaurant waiters when u pay cash please see the receipt, they said a more amount than what was on the receipt m when I tipped they asked shamelessly for the whole change. We stayed there for only 1 night, the bed had a very thin mattress that our bones were painfully. We had to check out the next day from Friendship Hotel and my intentions were to stay 1 week in Ethiopia.

Dears,Greeting from friendship international hotel and thank you for your review. you Paid and reserved for one adult and one kid double bed (one large bed) you add 10 to add one extra bed or to change the room to twine bed type (two single bed) . The waiters asked tips ,this is total wrong we find out and take action.we have different matters you inform the reception we change on time.Hospitality Regards

We requested transportation a day before our flight but in morning day of my flight the guy at the reception basically told us no, he stated "Tinesh atkoyum ende" while we had 1 hour left for our flight time, what kind of service was that, I mean he made it sound like we were his personal house guest, as a result we had to take a taxi to the airport. Otherwise, the location was very good. Thank you in general.
