Staff on arrival friendly and efficient. Aircon was not working and it was a hot a humid night in Airlie Beach so we did not get much sleep. $300 for a 36 sq2m room was over the top!

We are disappointed to read to didn't enjoy your stay. So glad you found our staff and efficient. You must have missed them advising you of our energy saving air con units. Should you not close your balcony door properly, the unit will turn off. So sorry this effected your sleep. Thank you for stay and feedback.

Great central location. The staff are very friendly. Rooms are small but comfy. Only suggestion is to add a shelf in the shower for soap, etc.

central location in town but very loud due to being in the mix of the pubs
